Admission is completely FREE for all guests who wish to attend, discover local brands, enjoy beautiful setups, participate in activities, and experience the event.
💎 IMPORTANT: The $100 fee applies only to exhibitors who want to reserve a space to showcase their brand and services.
THE PARTY & EVENT EXPERIENCE is not a traditional bazaar or a sales fair.
This is a boutique, intimate, and selective experience designed primarily to promote your name, your brand, and your talent, create content, exhibit your art, and connect with the community.
You are not coming just to sell products…
You are coming to showcase who you are, what you do, your style, your talent, and the essence of your brand in a beautiful, professional, and visually curated environment.
We are looking for participants such as:
Decorators, florists, bakers, photographers, bridal hairstylists, event spa services, technology providers, screens and effects companies, entertainment vendors, and all event-related creative services.
🎨 EVENT FOCUS:
• Showcase your talent and artistry
• Strengthen your brand presence
• Create elegant visual content
• Network with other professionals
• Share your creativity with the community
• Present your services in a real and aesthetic environment
🎪 EXHIBITOR SPACE:
Each company will receive an exclusive space of approximately 8 x 6 feet to set up their presentation (decor setup, table, display, installation, or service).
All setups must remain within the assigned space to maintain the elegant and organized aesthetic of the event.
Use of space outside your assigned area is not permitted.
💎 Investment per Space (EXHIBITORS): $100
This fee will be directly invested in:
• Event advertising
• Digital and printed marketing
• Screens displaying exhibitor logos
• In-venue promotion
• Brand visibility within the Wellington community
• A visually curated and technology-friendly environment for content creation
⚠️ SETUP & ORGANIZATION (VERY IMPORTANT):
• All setup must be completed on Friday (the day before the event)
• Every space must be fully ready before doors open at 10:00 AM
• No empty or incomplete spaces will be allowed at opening time
• After 10:00 AM, decorating, installing, or setting up will NOT be permitted
• The event must look fully finished, elegant, and professional from the start
📍 SPACE ASSIGNMENT:
• Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
• Each exhibitor will choose from the available spaces upon arrival for Friday setup
• The earlier you arrive, the more options you will have to select your preferred location
🌟 EVENT EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
• Logo displayed on event screens (for exhibitors)
• Promotion inside MAHA TOWN
• Event supported by the mall and partner stores
• Special guests
• Activities and special classes throughout the day
• Music, lighting, and an elegant atmosphere
• Real networking with clients and industry professionals
• Photo and video-friendly spaces for high-quality content creation
📌 IMPORTANT RULES (EXHIBITORS):
• Limited capacity: 25 participants (1 space per business)
• Shared spaces are not allowed
• Exhibitors may not block, cover, or negatively affect neighboring spaces
• Aesthetic, clean, and professional presentation is required
• Each brand must respect their assigned 8x6 ft space
• Exhibitors must remain for the FULL event (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
• Early breakdown or leaving before the event ends is not permitted
🍽️ LOGISTICS:
• Each exhibitor must bring their own snacks or refreshments
• Water will be available
• Food will be available for purchase during the event
